Geminare Issued 8th Patent for IT Resiliency Platform

USPTO’s latest patent positions Geminare’s IT Resiliency Orchestration and Automation Platform with the broadest globally protected IP in the market.

Palo Alto, CA, September 13th, 2021 – Geminare, a recognized market leader in the Resiliency, Application and Data Protection market, today announced a further patent has been issued to Geminare. On July 20, 2021, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued US Patent No. 11,070,612, “SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING DATA AND APPLICATION CONTINUITY IN A COMPUTER SYSTEM”. This marks the sixth USPTO patent, eighth global patent, and secures Geminare’s IP protection footprint in over 12 countries around the world.

The patented foundation within the Orchestration and Automation Platform forms the basis of Geminare’s Resiliency Management Platform (RMP) which was recognized as a leader in the IT Resiliency Orchestration and Automation market as highlighted in Gartner, Inc.’s 2020 Market Guide for DRaaS (1), ID: G00726564. In this report, Geminare was named as one of the principal “manager of managers” of IT Resiliency options for Enterprise organizations and Service Providers; an acclaimed assessment of Geminare’s Resiliency Management Platform (RMP).

The RMP is a portfolio of highly advanced resiliency management and control solutions, designed to manage application availability, system and server resiliency, service automation, and most recently Cyber Application Resiliency delivered through custom-built machine learning models, all under one roof. The RMP is an industry-leading, multi-patented and proven platform that offers enterprise organizations the ability to manage, deliver and consistently report on their resiliency footprint with uniquely enhanced RTO capabilities. It is the only multi-tenanted, multi-tiered platform that was purposefully built to engage, manage, and deliver successful orchestration solutions to enterprise environments and enable global Service Providers.

“We are always proud to say that the Geminare platform was the first to be awarded global protection in this area, and we are now thrilled to highlight the fact that it remains the most patented resiliency platform in the market today,” stated Joshua Geist, Geminare CEO. “With this distinction comes experience, technological maturity as well as an expectation to continue to be ahead of the curve for our customers and partners alike. We remain absolutely committed to this goal.”
